Our Maintenance Team has been hired to perform Historical Preservation repairs to the the Knight House (Virginia Department of Historic Resources (VDHR) #089-5046) located at 203 Embrey Mill Road in Stafford, Virginia. All services performed herein are pursuant to the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, the Archaeological and Historic Preservation Act of 1974, Executive Order 11593, relevant sections of 36CFR60 and 36CFR800. Athens Building Corp. meets the professional qualification standards of the Department of the Interior (48 FR 44738-9), and the proposed work conforms to the qualifications outlined in the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology and Historic Preservation (Federal Register 48:44716-44742, September 29, 1983), Qualified individual on the Project is Master Craftsman Jason Compton, Historic Documentation by Alex Teeter.
