Athens is selected to provide Construction Management Services for the Marine Construction Structural Repairs at Linkhorn Bay Condo Gazebo and Marina Docks. The project is inclusive of Marine Pile and Dock & Decking repairs and replacement as well as replacement of the walkway decking. The project was completed in two phases simultaneously consisting over over 700 yards of Decking, the gazebo as well as the walkways to the buildings. The structural repairs were inclusive of heavy timber construction in marine environments. All permits and waterway coordination was secured by Athens Building Corp. to include an engineered structural repair work plan.
