Athens Building Corp. is awarded the Construction Management of a Start up Industrial Filtration Facility to be located at 2828 Cofer Road in Richmond. The facility will be a total of 32K Square Feet in size and it will feature offices as well as the processing plant. The research and development laboratory will feature state of the art instrumentation and will meet FDA guidelines that of food service fcilities.
1/2016 – Office & Facility is up and running. Industrial Plant is scheduled to be in operation late February
