Athens Building Corp. starts construction of Colonial Heights Sleep Lab and Asthma Center. This project includes the renovation of a previous bank building to include 14 patient exam rooms as well as 8 sleep study bedrooms. The project scope includes renovations, site work and utilities. This is the second project awarded to ABC by the medical practice group and anticipating future expansions as well. Projected completion and accreditation June 2014.
Progress 4/2/2014: Project Phase I – Demolition & Structural Repairs is complete. Final Phase has begun.
6/15/2014: Completion.
