Athens Building Corp. is awarded the historical renovations on 5 S. Adams Street Project. The Building Permit and Historical Review had placed this project on hold since October 2013. Construction has resumed and the Project is set for completion August 2014.
July 17, 2014 Athens Completes Construction.
Project consisted of New Roofing, New HVAC, New Plumbing & Gas Piping, New Electrical Service, Build it Cabinets, Bathrooms to include tile flooring, and state of the art Wolf kitchen.
Historical Renovations included Period Specific hardwood flooring, windows, doors, door hardware, plaster restorations, brick and metal cornice restoration.
