Athens Building Corp. is awarded the Structural Concrete repairs and replacement at SP Richards in Richmond. The Project consists of replacing approx. 7,800 sq.ft of industrial flooring in an occupied facility. Structural Epoxy fill of cracks to the failing joints. Resurfacing of the entire 70K warehouse facility. The industrial concrete floors have been failing for a while due to the heavy forklift traffic and use of the facility.
