Athens Building Corp. is awarded the Capital Improvements contract for the renovations of Chippenham Apartments. The scope of work includes Improvements of the existing building envelope consisting of all siding, shutters, guttering and roofing. Building of new front entry door areas. Colony Management invested over $1.2M for the revitalization of the community.
