Athens Building Corp. is awarded a Design Build contract for the Capital Improvement project at Chester Townhouse Apartments. The scope of work includes complete building envelope refinishes which include all of the siding, guttering and roofing and openings. Designing and construction of new porch overhangs. Waterproofing of masonry areas. The interior renovations include upgrading all electrical panels from 60 amp to 100 amp in all apartment units. Converting closet areas into laundry area to include washer/dryer hook ups in every unit. Building of Community Club House at Pool area. Colony Management invested a bit over $2.4 M into the project.
