Athens Building Corp. is awarded the final phase of the renovations and utility separations at the Facility. This portion of the work includes all common area MEP separations and the construction of common area corridors in the mezzanine as well as the main building areas. Total value to date is over $1M dollars worth of improvements to the facility.
