Athens Building Corporation has been awarded the renovation project in Kitty Hawk, which includes structural renovations of building P & complete interior renovations of six units. The job will take off April of 2024.
April 2024– Stage one of the project has begun! This stage includes tagging all furniture and appliances, securely wrapping and boxing items and moving everything safely to storage containers. Carpet, padding and tac strips removed marking the beginning of demolition process!
