In the beautiful neighborhood of Seascape, you can find the Sea Scape Beach and Golf Villas. Located right next to a golf course and less than a mile from the beach, this is the place to be in Kitty Hawk, NC. Athens Building Corporation has been awarded the renovation project in Kitty Hawk, which includes structural renovations of building P & complete interior renovations of six units. The job will take off April of 2024.
April 2024– Stage one of the project has begun! This stage includes tagging all furniture and appliances, securely wrapping and boxing items and moving everything safely to storage containers. Carpet, padding and tac strips removed marking the beginning of demolition process.
May 2024– Continuing the demo process, the kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom vanities, all sinks are removed. The footers were removed, and trenches are established for new footers after crawl space excavation.
All new steel rebar installed.
June 2024– Sheetrock installation, plumbing and more!
July 2024– Cleaning up of the debris through all units. Prep work for painting is taking place along with spraying ceilings. Installation of kitchen cabinets is happening!
Installation of countertops, vanities, appliances and all fixtures in all units. Lastly, we pressure washed the exterior of the grounds. Take down of the construction site including fencing, all trash and materials are picked up.
We have successfully passed inspection and handed the units over to property management!
