Athens is awarded the Project doe renovations at the Eastern Shore of Virginia Community College. The project is generally described as repairs to three existing ancillary buildings located on the ESCC campus. Each of these buildings are single story, with vinyl siding over wood framing. The repairs primarily include, but are not limited to, roofing, overhead doors, siding, gutters, trim replacement, as well as limited concrete slab and masonry work. Construction is set to begin in Spring 2023
May 2023 – Selective Demolition has started
June 2023 Project will be completed late July. Ahead of Schedule.
August 15, 2023 – Final Completion. 43 Days ahead of schedule.
