Athens Building Corp. is awarded the Contract to waterproof the exterior walls of NorDan Shopping Center in Danville. Scope of work includes excavation of parking lot areas, building thermal moisture protection, drainage and pavement replacement. This is a Design Build project of which Zannino Engineering is once more our partner in the process. Project Completion date is Mid November 2021
10/14/21 West side of center is excavated and ready for waterproofing.
