Athens Building Corp. is awarded the Construction Project for the Monument Terrace Building. The project consists of the cleaning, repair and restoration of existing exterior surfaces from ground level up to the level of the roof fascia including, windows, doors, granite, limestone, concrete, cement stucco, facing brick, guardrails, handrails, grilles, gutters, and downspouts. Interior work will include single glazed energy windows installed on the interior side of windows where noted. All work shall comply with Historic Treatment Procedures.
March 2019 Pre-Existing Conditions and Inventory of Artifacts is complete. Work is about to commence.
