Athens Building Corp. is selected to Construct a new 5775 sq. ft. Steel & Masonry Building. This is a Design Build construction project of the Athletic Facility. Project completion is set for June 2017. The Value of this project is over $800K but thanks to the Support of eTech Mechanical, RJ Smith Companies and Athens Building Corp. all donating substantial efforts to the cause, the concept was brought to reality for this much needed facility. The Design team is led by Amy Reineri of Casa Architecture, Civil Engineering by Hulcher & Associates, Structural Engineering by TAM Cornwell, Mechanical Engineering by eTech Mechanical, and Engineer on Record for Inspections is Zannino Engineering. Representing the GC is Tom White, Senior Estimator & Manager.

6/15/2017 Progress is finally evident once we achieved the final design and permit process. Site work is under way, underground utilities, foundations and building pad is complete. Structural steel and masonry is in progress.
